InboxAI pulls data from your property settings, property amenities and descriptions, as well as booking data. It also takes into account recommendation data and house manual data from your Hostfully Digital Guidebook (if one is connected to the property). And it takes into account past conversation data in order to perfect the answers.

Yes, InboxAI will know to respond to multiple questions.

Yes, InboxAI can suggest answers in different languages, and will (by default) choose the guest’s language.
