Wanneer een boeking wordt gemaakt, wordt de gast automatisch gescreend. Op basis van de risicobeoordeling wordt de reservering gecategoriseerd als Goedgekeurd, Gemarkeerd of Geweigerd. Goedgekeurde gasten komen in aanmerking voor volledige dekking, terwijl gemarkeerde gasten mogelijk een beperkte dekking ontvangen.   <\/p>\n<p>Zodra de documentatie is ontvangen, worden de meeste claims binnen 48 uur beoordeeld en nemen uitbetalingen of vergoedingen gemiddeld 3-5 werkdagen in beslag.
