The town of Killington is one of the five major ski destinations in Vermont and currently ranks as number one for the most Airbnb properties in the entire state. Short term rental properties listed on Airbnb makes up a whopping 16.6% of the properties in Killington.
The Killington Planning Committee currently has no plans to add additional regulations. They took part in a statewide Short Term Working Group research project and confirmed they have no need to take any further action.
