Om du uppt\u00e4cks driva en oregistrerad verksamhet kan du drabbas av b\u00f6ter p\u00e5 upp till $100 000.  <\/p>\n<h3>Regler f\u00f6r plattformsoperat\u00f6rer<\/h3>\n<p>De nya reglerna p\u00e5verkar inte bara fastighets\u00e4gare. Nova Scotia kr\u00e4ver att du registrerar din verksamhet om du marknadsf\u00f6r eller underl\u00e4ttar anv\u00e4ndningen av korttidsuthyrning. Det inkluderar fastighetsf\u00f6rvaltare, arrendatorer och bokningsplattformar som Airbnb och Vrbo.  <\/p>\n<h2>Skattekrav f\u00f6r korttidsuthyrning i Nova Scotia<\/h2>\n<p>Kanadensiska f\u00f6retag \u00e4r skyldiga att betala 38 % i inkomstskatt. Detta ligger dock mer sannolikt mellan 15 % och 28 % efter avdrag. <\/p>\n<p>Liksom andra kanadensiska provinser till\u00e4mpar Nova Scotia sin egen bolagsskatt. Det finns tv\u00e5 skattesatser. Med det i \u00e5tanke ska vi titta p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra av reglerna f\u00f6r korttidsuthyrning f\u00f6r dess fr\u00e4msta turistm\u00e5l. <\/p>\n<h3>Halifax<\/h3>\n<p>Halifax lockar ett brett spektrum av bes\u00f6kare med sin livliga kultur, historiska platser och naturvandringar. Det ligger ocks\u00e5 bara en timmes bilresa fr\u00e5n popul\u00e4ra platser som Peggy\u2019s Cove. <\/p>\n<p>Det viktigaste att notera \u00e4r Halifax detaljerade kommunala stadgar.<\/p>\n<p>Generellt sett kan du anv\u00e4nda din prim\u00e4ra bostad som verksamhet i alla stadens zoner. Du m\u00e5ste bo i fastigheten. Denna lag g\u00e4ller alla fastighetstyper, oavsett om det r\u00f6r sig om korttids- eller l\u00e5ngtidsuthyrning.   <\/p>\n<h3>Truro<\/h3>\n<p>Bes\u00f6kare anv\u00e4nder ofta Truro som bas f\u00f6r att utforska Bay of Fundy. Det ligger mitt p\u00e5 den urgamla kustlinjen med sina h\u00f6ga tidvatten och talrika fossilplatser. <\/p>\n<p>Truro definierar en korttidsuthyrning som n\u00e5got som hyrs ut i 30 dagar eller mindre \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen. Detta \u00e4r dock f\u00f6r att ber\u00e4kna dess marknadsf\u00f6ringsavgifter. Den \u00e4r omgiven av hav, berg och jordbruksmark. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c5terigen, Wolfville \u00e4r egentligen bara l\u00e4mpligt f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngtidsboende. Du m\u00e5ste registrera din fastighet och bevisa att det \u00e4r din prim\u00e4ra bostad. Ingen f\u00e5r ha mer \u00e4n tre uthyrningsenheter p\u00e5 sin tomt.  <\/p>\n<h3>New Glasgow<\/h3>\n<p>Resen\u00e4rer till New Glasgow f\u00e5r se en annan sida av Nova Scotia. Staden ligger i hj\u00e4rtat av Pictou County vid dess vackra kustlinje. <\/p>\n<p>New Glasgow har sett en gradvis \u00f6kning av korttidsuthyrningar. De flesta av dem \u00e4r m\u00e4nniskors hela hem och l\u00e4genheter snarare \u00e4n privata rum. Det beror p\u00e5 att det finns st\u00f6rre efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 skogsstugor \u00e4n p\u00e5 snygga hotell.  <\/p>\n<p>Oavsett vilken typ av boende du erbjuder kr\u00e4ver New Glasgow att du registrerar dig.
