About Flataway

Flataway is a members-only vacation rental platform that lets property managers earn commissions from guest bookings across a referral network. By inviting guests to the platform, you can retain the lifetime value of those guests, earning passive income whenever they book with other properties in the network.
The integration allows for seamless syncing of property listings, availability, and bookings from Hostfully to Flataway. To connect, you’ll need to provide your Hostfully API key, after which your properties will automatically appear on Flataway, with no manual updates needed.
If the guest was invited by you and books one of your properties, there is no commission fee. If other guests book your properties, the commission rate is 10%. For bookings made by your invited guests with other operators, you earn a commission on those reservations.
You can invite guests via a link or code provided by the platform. When guests book stays with other operators, you earn a commission, and they receive a 5% discount on all bookings.
No, you can invite as many guests as you like, increasing your earning potential across the referral network.
The onboarding process takes about one hour. Once completed, your properties will be synced and live on Flataway.
Yes, you can choose the markup percentage for your listings to control pricing and maximize profitability.
You can customize the refund policy for your listings. Options include 100% refund up to a certain number of days before check-in, 50% refund for a shorter window, and no refunds closer to the check-in date.
Yes, all reservations made through Flataway will appear in Hostfully, and you can manage them there as you would with any other booking.
