Welcome to Hostfully’s Customer Success Office Hours! Our dedicated Customer Success Managers (CSMs) will be live and available to provide personalized assistance and guidance to our valued customers.
During these interactive sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss any questions, concerns, or challenges you may be facing with our products. These calls are free, unlimited for our customers, and hosted live by our team members.
Here’s what to expect from our Customer Success Office Hours:
Property Management Platform Support
Customer Success Managers will lead 60 minute general support Q&A sessions for any topics related to our property management platform.
Property Management Platform Office Hours meet via Zoom every:
- Monday at 6:00pm EST / 3:00pm PST
- Tuesday at 9:00am EST / 6:00am PST
- Wednesday at 7:00pm EST / 4:00pm PST
- Wednesday at 8:00am EST / 1:00pm BST (new international friendly hours!)
- Thursday at 10:00 am EST / 7:00am PST
Digital Guidebook Support
Customer Success Managers will lead 60 minute general support Q&A sessions for any topics related to our digital guidebooks.
Digital Guidebook Office Hours meet via Zoom every:
- Thursday at 2:00pm EST / 11:00am PST
