No contract is required. You may activate and deactivate your listings – or even close your account – whenever you want. However, all accounts must accept b0arding’s terms and conditions to list or book accommodations.
You may speak to them within your Hostfully account or b0arding’s messenger function.
You have 24 hrs to approve/decline a booking request.
b0arding collects a 10% service fee from hosts and does not collect a commission from guests. The service fees cover guest acquisition, software improvements, new features development, and video promotions on social channels.
