About Blueground

Your homes will be listed on the Blueground website under the relevant city search pages. All filters and functionalities will be active for your listings. When your homes meet the guest filtering criteria, they will appear as the top results.

Hostfully seamlessly integrates into the Blueground platform. The integration allows for real-time booking, availability, and pricing updates. Once integrated, your properties will be instantly available for booking on Blueground.

Sign-up is free! For bookings, Blueground collects a 7% commission from the booking value.

When a booking is confirmed, you’ll receive the guest’s contact information (full name, email, and phone number) in an email to handle communication, ID checks, and check-in coordination. The booking will also appear directly in your Hostfully dashboard.

Blueground collects all payments and transfers the funds to your preferred account. The initial payment will be made on the first Friday after the guest’s check-in, and subsequent payments will follow monthly, depending on the booking duration.

You do. Blueground does not handle ID/background checks and lease agreements with guests. It is recommended that you perform these checks within 24-48 hours of booking. If a booking is canceled due to failed checks, the guest will receive a full refund, and Blueground will take no commission.

Blueground’s cancellation policy is as follows:
◦ Cancellations requested 30+ days before move-in: Blueground keeps a penalty of 10% of the booking value. Card processing fees are non-refundable.
◦ Cancellations requested 0-29 days before move-in: Penalty of one month’s rent (no refund for booking or card processing fees). Blueground would pay the Partner one month’s rent minus our commission.


For cancellations due to failed background checks, Blueground will issue a full refund to the guest and the Partner will not be liable for a commission. For other cancellations requested by the Partner, the partner is responsible for the commission owed to Blueground.

Once the booking is confirmed and payment is completed, Blueground will provide you with the guest details so you can follow your regular process.

Longer-term stays typically result in fewer damage claims. However, in the unlikely event of an issue, you can withhold part of the deposit or contact the guest directly.

The Partner Network is active in most markets available on the Blueground website. Blueground continues to expand their geographic coverage and will add more markets in the coming months.

The Partner Network is a curated platform of professional furnished apartment operators. Blueground strives for a high level of quality in the Partners’ apartments and service levels. During Partner onboarding, they have a detailed quality assessment process to ensure they only list apartments with modern designs and amenities. Blueground expects Partners to maintain a customer-centric focus and respond swiftly and effectively to resolve guest-related issues.

However, due to Hostfully’s Preferred Partner status with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Homes and Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, we can track your status and gain faster listing site assistance if an unforeseen problem happens.
