Yes! Items are inspected and cleaned before every delivery. You can read more about BabyQuip’s cleaning and sanitizing standards here.
Encourage them to call their BabyQuip Quality Provider! They can also visit the product manufacturer’s website for additional information and/or check YouTube for a video from the manufacturer. Car seats will always be delivered with a manual, or a link with installation instructions.
All Quality Providers are required to provide customers with a car seat manual, or a link to a video that includes installation instructions, but are not allowed to install a safety seat for a customer due to insurance and liability reasons.
If you or your guest do not wish to install it yourself, the Tot Squad can help! Tot Squad is a service for busy and traveling parents. They can physically install your car seat at different retail locations, at your doorstep or they can help you virtually. Click here to book a video chat with a Tot Squad Certified Passenger Safety Technician who can talk you through the proper installation and use of your rented car seat. Cost for a virtual seat check is $40, however, if you book through BabyQuip, you’ll get a $10 discount.

Yes. As a general rule, we have a 3 day minimum rental period. However, Quality Providers can decide to offer one day rentals for certain situations, such as party rentals.
If you rent for 9+ days, discounts will be applied as follows:
- 1-8 day rental – Daily Rate
- 9-16 day rental – 10% off
- 17-24 day rental – 20% off
- 24+ day rental – 30% off

They’re easy to build & manage, and require no technical expertise at all. When sharing, you can either print, download the PDF version, or provide a simple link to your guest that is optimized to be opened on any device or browse. You can also upsell your extra services and create more revenue streams for your business.
Everything about your property the guest should know! How to check-in, where to find certain amenities, how the laundry machine or the hot tub works..it’s endless, really. You can also add as many local recommendations as you want. Your favorite cafes or restaurants, tours your guests can sign up for, places to visit, things to experience, and more. You can also add gift cards or vouchers, simultaneously supporting small businesses in your area.

The only additional fee is if you decide to use our Guidebook Marketplace to upsell your services. In this case, there is a 1% Stripe fee.
Yes, you may! We give you the total flexibility to cancel at any time. And no, there are no cancellation fees.
Our team won’t be building the full guidebook for you, however, yes they will take you through the process, step by step and then let you get creative. However, our Quick Start Wizard is quite helpful too and with the help of that you’ll have a new guidebook in no time!
