About Hostfully's Property Management Platform
Can you customize what an owner is able to see/do in their portal?
Yes, you can customize what they see on the calendar including reservation details, nightly rate/min stay and ability to add owner blocks.
Can you share owner statements from Hostfully to the owner portal?
Yes, and they’re customizable!
Is there a mobile app for owners?
Not currently, but we provide a mobile responsive web version. However, property managers can suggest their homeowners create a shortcut to their mobile device’s home screen to access the URL faster.
Can owners communicate with their property managers through the owners portal?
Yes! We provide an integration to the Property Management Platform’s Inbox where owners can send internal messages to property managers.
Is the Owner Portal available in multiple languages?
Yes! Owners can customize their portal settings and select from a growing list of languages. (We currently support: French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese; Polish, German, and Dutch are coming soon!)
If I share the daily rates with my owners, how are these displayed and calculated?
The rates will display as a net value (the total rent minus the agency commissions).
