SafelyScreen, Safely’s intelligent guest screening service, includes verifying guest identity by inspecting the driver’s license or passport. Safely checks for convicted felons, Interpol wanted persons (terrorist watchlist), sex offenders, and identity fraud. Safely keeps a database of guests who previously caused damage to a home due to negligence.

Coverage highlights

Safely offers up to $1,000,000 in coverage for home structure and bodily injury to the guest and also up to $10,000 in contents coverage.

About Safely

If a guest does something during their stay that causes your house to burn down, then your home’s structure is covered for up to $1,000,000. This includes expenses such as contractor labor and building materials. Bodily injury is also included as part of the $1,000,000 coverage.
Whether the guest damages your things or pulls a five finger discount, Safely has you covered for up to $10,000 for the contents in your home. A police report is required for any stolen items, and of course you will need all of the normal supporting documents such as receipts and good pictures for a successful claim.

Every new customer of our Property Management Platform receives step-by-step instructions and a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to support you for your first 45 days. After you complete an initial assignment to get you started and attend a group call, your Onboarding Specialist will set up the first of your 1:1 one-hour personalized calls.* During your onboarding, Hostfully will help you set up your properties, configure listing sites and OTAs, show you how to automate processes with templates and triggers, and get started with pricing.

Please note that the set up time to import and list properties on listing sites varies. Some take under 24 hours, while others take up to two weeks or longer. This is outside any software company’s control. However, due to Hostfully’s preferred partner status with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, we can track your status progress and get faster access if an unforeseen problem happens.
