Yes, you can. The chat has 2 modes: automatic and manual. The chat’s responses are the same in both the manual and automatic modes. The chat sends a response to the guest right away in the automatic mode. In the manual mode, it sends the response to someone on your team first to approve it (approval is with one click or typing one symbol) or edit it if necessary. This could be sent via WhatsApp, text message, email, Slack, where you like.
So the manual mode will be a safe way to start testing the chat before putting it in automated mode.
