Reed Smith advised Hostfully in securing a significant investment from Blue Star Innovation Partners, aimed at accelerating Hostfully’s product development, market expansion, and AI-enabled services. The investment will enhance Hostfully’s core platform, including property management software, digital guidebooks, and smart device integrations.

Hostfully, Inc., a provider of guest communications and management software for the hospitality industry, reached an estimated $9.5M in annual revenue for 2024 and has raised $7.6M across five funding rounds. The company, founded in 2015, has demonstrated consistent revenue growth and now employs approximately 111 people.
