This feature allows you to automate the collection of payments from your guests. You can create distinct rules for each property or reservation about how payments should be processed. For example: you can opt for 50% of the total booking fee to be processed upon booking and the remaining share after check-out.
You will be subject to a processing fee per transaction based on which payment processor you choose to use for the transaction.
We understand processing fees can be a headache, but as a way around, our fun rate multiplier feature can help you markup reservation rates and fees on specific channels, so the fee will essentially be covered by the guest.

Yes. You can manually input your guest’s credit card information into our system and opt to either charge the card on the spot or schedule a future transaction within the booking. For security reasons, we do not store credit card information for future bookings.
