No, the program is entirely guest-funded with no direct cost to property managers.
A $2 per reservation guest fee is added to each reservation.
$2 is the minimum per reservation.
You can opt out at the program level but not at the reservation level. This would apply to all reservations.
Your donation helps to keep short term rentals legal and responsible. All funds go to support local advocacy efforts.
