Reliable. Affordable. One software, many solutions.

“[An Airbnb guest] booked three times this year—all direct!”

“We tested seven platforms before landing on Hostfully. As a systems-focused COO, I’ve found it incredibly efficient and scalable. It's grown with us from 2 to 20 properties and the support team is world-class.”

“Hostfully stands out for their exceptional service, forward-thinking team, and constant focus on what operators actually need. They are building with the future in mind, and it shows in every interaction.”

“Expansion is very replicable. Once you identify the buildings, everything can be staged and listed in bulk. We’ve built the infrastructure to do that efficiently through Hostfully. It’s what made our growth possible.”

“Sometimes a guest books a property and immediately asks for check-in information. Since the check-in is under the three-day trigger, Hostfully sends the information right away. The guest is impressed that someone on our end was behind the screen, but in fact, it was Hostfully all along.”

“About 40% of our bookings are direct now. That’s a huge shift, and it’s what makes the mid-term model sustainable for us.”

“I love the calendar—especially the newest updates. It’s fabulous.”

“Switching to Hostfully allowed me to list all the properties on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. Before, it just wasn’t feasible to do that given the manual effort required to prevent double bookings.”

“Fast, Modern Software with Outstanding Support”

“Outstanding Onboarding and Comprehensive Property Management”

“Hostfully has been a fantastic PMS for my short-term rental business … The platform itself is reliable, intuitive, and built with property managers in mind. I’m genuinely impressed with how well it integrates with my day-to-day tasks. Thanks to the Hostfully team for making my operations smoother and helping me take my business to the next level. Highly recommended!”

“If you have a rental property, you need this service”

“This is a great platform to centralize the management of all your listings across different channels and increase your revenue.”

“Hostfully is an exceptional property management platform that empowers hosts to manage their own properties without the time commitment typically required of a traditional property manager. Its automation features are incredibly robust, and I especially appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with booking channels and the external tools needed to manage a property efficiently. Their onboarding team (especially Kana Gordon) and customer support is first in class.”

“Made managing Short Term Rentals a breeze!
We were looking for a PMS that would be easy to implement, integrate with all of our booking platforms (AirBnB, VRBO, Booking.com) and be cost-effective. We looked at three different PMS's before choosing Hostfully and we haven't regretted it for a minute!

My wife especially loves how she can automate messages and have them triggered base on settings that she can customize and change whenever she wants. I love the customer support and the response to questions/issues. Most of all, I love the fact that it allows us to manage multiple properties and all of our tasks, integrated with Pricelabs, seemlessly for what amounts to one night's booking per month!

Highly recommend for anyone with one or more properties.”

“Outstanding Initiative and Support”

“FRB Rentals wouldn't be what it is today without Hostfully. The PMP that keeps on giving! Love the one place to rule them all approach. The ability to create all our FRB Rentals listings in once place, manage pricing and bookings and push it out to direct bookings as well as the OTAs (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) is so central to a successful Short Term Rentals business.”

“Intuitive, Customizable, and Outstanding Support—Best PMS Experience Yet
It is intuitive and user friendly. Customer support is excellent and comes in many different forms AI, in person chat, online video calls etc. The ability to customise financial reports is invaluable for someone managing other peoples' properties and saves a huge amount of time compared to previous spreadsheet experiences. I have tried 3 previous PMS softwares but this has been the best experience by far.”

“The extra effort that Hostfully goes through for their customers is just amazing. Kana always went the extra mile to make sure we were staying organized and getting the essentials ready for a successful launch. We had 4 bookings in our first week of being live!”

“We started with 2 properties and will soon have over 20. Stability is great, support is great, and there is a large number of integrations to 3rd parties. Additionally, there is a lot of automation that Hostfully enables. The value is tremendous. We did look at a number of other PMS systems and glad we picked hostfully.”

“Hostfully has completely eliminated double bookings for me. That’s the single biggest relief.”

“Multi-channel distribution is at the core of what we do. More reservations means more money. So why not take advantage of the tools that help us do that effortlessly?”

“Hostfully makes distributing my listings across the major sites so easy. Just set it up once, and the software takes care of the rest.”

“Hostfully allows us to manage our bookings in the office, at home or whilst running around the resort. 10/10🎉🙏.

We have been using Hostfully for 5 years now and love how it keeps improving. Their integrations and channel management are excellent and easy to configure. Tech support is fantastic. We have approximately 30 properties and our team all have the mobile app, making responses to guests easy and efficient even when running around on the resort.”

“The chat support is great helping navigate situations as they come up! I also like having the app for convenience.”

“Everything has been great! very friendly website and app!”

“Hostfully is one of the reasons why 50% of my bookings are direct through my website. It is easy to use and the customer service is excellent, from onboarding to normal usage. It helps me to make more money! I love using Hostfully.”

“Thank you for creating such a user-friendly platform and for centralizing guest reservations from multiple booking sites in one place. It saves me so much time. It saves me so much time not having to log into Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and others individually. Hostfully has truly made managing reservations much easier.”

They are always ready to assist in every way possible, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. The best part is that they continually add so many integrations and AI for messages—it's just amazing!”

“The Hostfully software saves me a lot of time with managing a 7 room Airbnb rooming house plus another Airbnb 5 bdrm house. I now have time to work a full time job and manage my properties. It also allows me to host a lot of my own guests which boost my profits and saves my guest a lot Airbnb fees.”

“Hostfully is simply the best in its field from the running of your hospitality business to the helpdesk support you simply cant beat them in anything.”

“I've had a great experience with Hostfully! Reliable, user-friendly software with a wide variety of features and integrations. The team is also super helpful. Highly recommend them to any STR or MTR host.”

“The platform itself is intuitive and powerful, but what really made the difference was the quality of service.”

“Hostfully has been a consistently strong partner in my short-term rental operations. What really makes the experience great is how well the platform brings everything together: strong integrations, reliable multi-channel support, and automations that genuinely save time every single day. Their customer support team is another major highlight.”
