Yes; when a guest uploads an expired ID in the Guest Portal, their reservation will be flagged for Review on your Reservations Dashboard. This is done to alert you and your team about the expiration date. If a guest doesn’t upload their ID, the decision on whether to approve or decline the guest’s reservation is at your discretion.
