About Check-in Scan
The Check-in Scan app runs on most major smartphones and on both IOS and Android operating systems.
Minimum requirements:
- 6 Megapixel camera.
- iPhone 8 or higher. With iOS 13.0 or higher. (September 2019)
- Android “Nougat” 7.0 (API 24) or higher. (September 2016)
Recommended requirements:
- 8 Megapixel camera or higher.
- iPhone X or higher. With iOS 14.0 or higher. (September 2020)
- Android “Oreo” 8.0 (API 26) or higher. (September 2017)
As the app can be used in a demo test mode, your best option to see if it will work is download it and give it a go!
Check-in Scan complies with current data privacy legislations and they make every effort to ensure your data is safe. They don’t keep data unnecessarily either, if you cancel your account, they remove all of your account data. Check-in Scan also cleans their server on a nightly basis to ensure that any unneeded documents are removed.

However, due to Hostfully’s Preferred Partner status with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Homes and Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, we can track your status and gain faster listing site assistance if an unforeseen problem happens.
