Capture Services On Demand supports single properties up to 62,500 sq feet (Pro3) or 30,000 sq ft (Pro2). If you have a larger property to scan, you can contact their Sales team.

It depends on the size of the space. Some properties can take from 4 to 8 hours depending on the size. After the property has been scanned by the capture technician, it will take between 24 and 48 hours for the model to process and to be uploaded into your account.
