5-8% depending on size, location, and guest demographics.
There is a $500 onboarding fee after that it is free for life, no monthly subscription or contract! Onboarding includes a practice delivery and you may keep the groceries if you would like.
You select a standard window within the turn time for the grocery stocking to happen. The rule of thumb is the kitchen and fridge need to be clean. An average window may be from 1-2:30pm during a standard 11-4pm turn.
Noshable handles all guest communication, refunds and complaints. If goods are ruined we will refund them accordingly.
You will receive a unique link to market to guests in your booking confirmation message and a week before arrival. You can also place this link in guest experience/check in apps such as Suite Op or Enso connect – both of which are in the process of integrating with Hostfully.
