standards, you will still be able to list your properties on Homes & Villas by Marriott
Bonvoy through the TravelStaytion connection with Hostfully.

Requirements
For right now, properties must be located outside the US. US-based properties are expected to be eligible in the future.
If less than 30 properties, you must be listed with Travelstaytion and meet Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy’s list of requirement. Whether or not you meet qualification is ultimately determined by Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.
The basic requirements properties must have to be considered are:
- Properties are outside of U.S.
- Entire properties – minimum of one bedroom (no studios)
- Safety equipment, including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kit
- High speed Wi-Fi, linens, towels and other essentials
- Bathroom Amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.)
- 24/7 Support
- Minimal requirement of 6 professional photographs per listing
- 30 days cancellation policy

How to Sign Up
Connecting to the Travelstaytion channel will initiate the vetting process to determine if you are able to be listed on Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy. Travelstaytion will conduct the initial check of requirements, and Homes & Villas by Marriott will have the final decision on qualification.
