Accountable utilizes Hostfully’s reservation data to help identify your incoming payouts from Airbnb, Vrbo, and other channels accurately and tag them by property. Accountable also allows you to import your properties from Hostfully for easy setup.

You’ll need a U.S. company with a federal EIN, information about your company’s formation including major shareholders and company owner personal identity details including SSN. If additional verification is needed, you may be asked to upload company documents and/or a picture of your government ID (e.g., a passport or US driver’s license). All verification information and uploads are encrypted with bank-level security and not held on Accountable’s servers.

No, Accountable currently only serves clients located in the United States that are residents or citizens of the United States. They are working on allowing more international access in the future.
