Thanks to the sync implemented between Breezeway and Hostfully, you have nothing to set up on your Breezeway dashboard! Breezeway fetches rental data (property name, description, location, bedroom count, bathroom count, latitude and longitude) and bookings data for the ensuing 30 days (check-in, check-out, guest name, guest contact details). The app reads reservation data every hour and property data twice a day. You can start scheduling your tasks per property to start optimizing your operations right away!

There is no minimum number of properties to create a Breezeway account. In fact, their clients manage anywhere from one to 1,000 properties on our platform.
