You control everything in Hostfully Assist’s knowledge base. You can also restrict specific information from certain guests based on their reservation status or timing. When information is restricted, Hostfully Assist can’t access it at all when responding to those guests.
The knowledge base is also segmented by property, so Hostfully Assist only sees information for the property tied to that guest’s reservation. It can’t share details about the wrong property. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect both guest and host information.
