Screen & Protect provides up to $50,000 in protection for guest-caused property damage. When a booking is made, the guest is screened automatically. Based on the risk assessment, the reservation is categorized as Approved, Flagged, or Rejected. Approved guests are eligible for full coverage, while flagged guests may receive limited coverage.
Once documentation is received, most claims are reviewed within 48 hours, and payouts or reimbursements take 3-5 business days on average. Larger more complex claims can take up to 30 days.
