What is your cancellation policy?

Blueground’s cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations requested 30+ days before move-in: Blueground keeps a penalty of 10% of the booking value. Card processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations requested 0-29 days before move-in: Penalty of one month’s rent (no refund for booking or card processing fees). Blueground would pay the Partner one month’s rent minus their commission.

For cancellations due to failed background checks, Blueground will issue a full refund to the guest and the Partner will not be liable for a commission. For other cancellations requested by the Partner, the partner is responsible for the commission owed to Blueground.
